Welcome to Pusong Macarons! By purchasing from our website or visiting us at markets or pop-ups, you agree to these friendly terms.

1. General

Pusong Macarons is a New York-based bakery offering handmade macarons inspired by Filipino and Asian flavors. We sell through our website, Etsy, and local events.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Payments are securely handled through trusted gateways like PayPal, Shopify Payments, or Etsy. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Shipping & Pickup

We currently ship within New York State only. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and location. We also offer local pickup at select events or arranged times.

4. Product Information

Each macaron is handmade, so slight variations in color or shape are completely normal (and part of the charm!). Ingredient lists and allergen information are available on our site and product packaging.

5. Allergies

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and other allergens. If you have severe allergies, please reach out before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content on this site belong to Pusong Macarons. Please don’t use them without permission — but feel free to share your macaron pics on social media (we love seeing them!) and tag us @Pusong.Macarons or #pusongmacarons

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to make every order perfect, but we can’t be held responsible for issues beyond our control (like shipping delays, weather conditions, or allergic reactions).
