Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1st, 2025
We want you to love every bite of your Pusong Macarons order. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we can’t accept returns — but we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our macarons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your macarons are likely already being baked with love and can’t be canceled.
4. Pickup Orders
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up within the timeframe may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
