Our macarons are best enjoyed fresh within 5–7 days when kept in the fridge. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to a month—just let them come to room temperature before serving for that perfect crisp-chewy texture.

All our macarons are made with almond flour, which makes them naturally gluten-free. However, they’re baked in a kitchen that may handle nuts, dairy, and other allergens—so please reach out if you have specific concerns and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for custom or large batches. Since every macaron is baked fresh to order, this gives us time to whip up your flavors with the care (and love!) they deserve.
